Operation 1325 protects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Operation 1325, 802433-6623, is the data controller for the processing of personal data that takes place within the framework of Operation 1325’s work.

Why do we process your personal data?

In order for Operation 1325 to carry out its activities, personal data is processed for various purposes related to its activities. Personal data will be processed in order to fulfil the support and services provided by Operation 1325. This includes, for example, communicating and sharing information with participants in our activities and projects, and with our members and stakeholders, as well as documenting gifts and sharing information with our donors.

Operation 1325 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with third parties to fulfil our activities and provide our services. Contact details may also be shared with other member organisations of Operation 1325.

In our communication and information efforts, we may use third party services to better disseminate relevant and up-to-date information in a visual and accessible way and to analyse how users find and use our websites. This is being done in order to improve your experience by making continuous improvements to our websites.

Other than this, personal data will not be transferred to third parties.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Your personal data will be stored for as long as Operation 1325 deems necessary for the purpose or as long as required by law.

Personal data from job applicants who are not called for an interview will be deleted immediately after the removal of the advert. Personal data from candidates who are called for an interview will be saved for 2 years according to the Swedish Discrimination Act (DO).
