All driven and committed individuals are welcome to apply to join the volunteer group at Operation 1325. Power to young women – the board trainee program 2020
The Board Trainee Program was a multi-year project to engage young people in women, peace and security with Operation 1325.
During the year-long programme, participants gained new contacts, leadership development, a unique platform for volunteering, organising information sessions, attending events, meeting international partner organisations, assistance in applying for scholarships for study trips, and much more.
Participants received individual support from experienced board members. Each session had its own theme: engagement, strategies, leadership and the future. Participants also carried out their own activities during the program.
